Helouko products are digital products delivered electronically after purchase.

Refund window

If you are not satisfied with a purchased digital product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase unless a specific product page states different terms.

Payment processor

Refunds are processed through Paddle. Processing times may depend on Paddle and the customer's payment provider.
